A practical licence for Beameez generator outputs and eligible downloadable design files.
This licence covers files generated by Beameez tools and, where stated on the product page, downloadable Beameez design files. A product may include additional licence terms. If specific product terms conflict with this general licence, the specific terms apply to that product.
You may use a licensed file to make physical items for personal use or for sale. You may modify the file for your own manufacturing workflow. Attribution to Beameez is not required unless a specific product states otherwise.
You may provide a licensed file to a contractor, fabrication service, employee, or production partner solely to manufacture items on your behalf. The file must not be retained or reused by that third party for unrelated customers or projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, or give away a licensed file as a standalone digital product, editable template, bundle, stock asset, download, or source file. You may not make the file available in a way that allows other people to extract or reuse it as a digital design.
The licence to a Generator Output allows the physical uses described above. It does not transfer rights in the Beameez software, interface, source code, brand, documentation, or any protected pre-designed Beameez asset incorporated into a product.
You may not copy, extract, reverse engineer, or redistribute Beameez software, source code, interface assets, or proprietary libraries for the purpose of creating or operating a competing generator or service, except where a right cannot legally be restricted.
The Beameez name, logo, and brand elements are not included in the file licence. This licence does not grant permission to present your products or business as being endorsed by or affiliated with Beameez.
Laser machines, materials, kerf, tolerances, adhesives, joints, and finishing processes vary. You are responsible for checking the exported file, performing test cuts, and ensuring that the finished product is safe and suitable for its intended use.
If you materially breach this licence, the permission granted under it may terminate. Rights already granted to purchasers of lawful finished physical products are not affected.
