LAST UPDATED / 23 SEPTEMBER 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

Beameez is operated by Julien Rigole, 84 route de Bordeaux, 33550 Lestiac-sur-Garonne, France. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@beameez.com.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to beameez.com and to Beameez tools or services that link to this policy. It explains what personal data may be processed, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

3. Data we may collect

Contact data

When you contact Beameez, we may receive your name, email address, message content, and any information you choose to provide.

Account and order data

If you create an account or place an order, we may process account details, billing details, order history, invoices, licence information, and transaction metadata. Full payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Beameez.

Technical and usage data

The website may process IP address, browser and device information, security logs, session data, pages viewed, and consent choices. Analytics data is processed only where an analytics service is enabled and the applicable consent rules are satisfied.

Tool data

Some Beameez tools may process dimensions, settings, files, or other parameters that you provide. Where a tool works locally in your browser, that local processing does not by itself mean that the data is uploaded to Beameez. Where a feature transmits or stores data, the feature will be covered by this policy and any additional information shown in the tool.

4. Why we process personal data

We process data to provide the website and tools, create and manage accounts, fulfil orders, deliver digital products, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and improve the service. Depending on the activity, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, Beameez’s legitimate interests, or your consent.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through WooPayments and Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy terms. Beameez receives the information needed to confirm payment, fulfil the order, issue invoices, and handle support.

6. Service providers and recipients

Personal data may be accessible to service providers that help operate Beameez, including hosting, website infrastructure, ecommerce, payment, email delivery, security, analytics, and customer support providers. Access is limited to what is necessary for the relevant service.

7. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside France or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are made using an applicable legal transfer mechanism or another safeguard recognised by data protection law.

8. How long data is kept

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for any period required by law. Order, invoicing, tax, and accounting records may be retained for the legally required period. Support messages and account data are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal obligations and legitimate dispute or security needs.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

To exercise a right, contact contact@beameez.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

10. Cookies

Beameez may use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions, account sessions, preferences, consent management, security, analytics, and other functions described in the Cookie Policy. Where consent is legally required, you can accept, refuse, or change your choice through the cookie settings interface.

11. Security

Beameez uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be available on this page.
